Handmade gypsum blind board

RD-039

Gypsum blind board is a commonly used A-level fire-resistant core material/composite board for color steel sandwich panels. The core is a dense gypsum based substrate with a uniform blind hole structure. It is often compounded with color coated rolls to form gypsum sandwich panels, with a focus on fire prevention and practical adaptability. It is widely used in clean and fire-resistant workshops.
Top Fire Protection: Made of Class A non combustible material, it does not melt in the event of fire, has no high-temperature droplets, and has strong fire resistance and stability, meeting the requirements of high fire protection level workshops.

Sound insulation and moisture resistance: The blind hole structure disperses sound waves, and the sound insulation effect is better than ordinary gypsum board; Modified version with moisture resistance upgrade, suitable for humid and clean environments.
Lightweight and easy to construct: With light weight, convenient cutting/splicing, the partition wall can be directly threaded with concealed lines, short construction period, and strong prefabrication and assembly.
Flat and cost-effective: The board surface is regular, and there is no need for additional decoration after composite color steel plate. The overall rigidity is sufficient and not easily deformed, and it is stable for long-term use.
Environmentally friendly and adaptable: free of harmful volatile substances, odorless, in compliance with pharmaceutical/food/electronic clean room standards, and can be combined with various materials for extended use.
High cost-effectiveness: The raw materials are easy to obtain, balancing fire resistance and basic performance, which saves installation and later decoration costs compared to pure rock wool board.
Scope of application: Ceiling and functional partitions in clean workshops such as pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, and scientific research; The base layer of the partition wall in fire and explosion prevention workshops such as chemical and paint baking rooms is used in conjunction with fire-resistant coatings.
